Nathifa is usually the first point of contact within ESS, who is the welcoming voice on the other end of the telephone. Nathifa is a highly skilled administrative assistant responsible for various operations within the office, which include policy implementation, scheduling, billing and coding, accounts receivable management, insurance credentialing, human resource management and marketing. Nathifa is currently a student at Florida Atlantic University, working towards obtaining a bachelor’s degree in social work.
